Design process

Once we have taken the brief from you, know your product/services and target audience we will set to and design your email.

First Drafts

You will receive concepts in pdf format to view. Usually we will produce 2 concepts for you to choose from. These will be completed within 5 days for you to view.

Feedback

Once you've received the initial drafts, we need to know what you think. You're welcome to take as long as you need to consider them.

We ask that your feedback is as specific as possible to help us understand what it was about each concept that did or did not appeal to you so the final artwork will work for you. We appreciate you know your business.

When you're ready, simply contact us with your changes.

Redrafts & Revisions

Once we receive your feedback work will continue on the project, making changes as requested.

These subsequent drafts are then sent as before for your further consideration. Most sets of revisions take less than two days to prepare.

Finalising

Once you have approved the email it will be built in html format and available to send out to a database of email addresses or simply emailed to you for you to send direct to your contacts.
