How many drafts will I receive?
For brochures, leaflets, advertisements and other such items one or two options are, we feel adequate in the first instance. Your input at this stage is vital and most valued. - [hide]
What if I'm not happy with the designs?
We listen to your feedback and prepare as many new concepts as it takes, provided that you continue to give us feedback we guarantee to complete the project. - [hide]
Which file formats will I receive?
EPS - For printers use we supply an Adobe Illustrator eps which will allow you to edit it at any point with the use of Adobe Illustrator software.
JPEG – For print & web use. Will be supplied at 72dpi (low res web) & 300dpi (Hi Res print) in RGB and CMYK (some printers prefer jpeg format)
PDF – Everything you have produced will have in pdf format in high & low resolution

How long does it take?
Once the concept has been approved work on the basis of 4 hours per page but does depend on the complexity of the information and what is needed on that particular page. - [hide]
When do I make payment?
New clients will be asked for 50% payment before we commence work and balance on completion.
Existing Clients – 30 days from date of invoice. - [hide]
Do you offer discounts?
Well asked! If you don’t ask, you don’t get! Right?
